Terms

A licence to use the product for as long as your plan is paid, for accounts you own or are authorised to operate. Pro covers one creator account, Agency up to five. Connecting an account you have no right to operate is a breach of these terms and, separately, of the platform’s.

cclarity is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by OnlyFans, Fanvue or Telegram.

Fanvue hands over through its own consent page, using the official API. You approve it on fanvue.com and can revoke it there.

OnlyFanshas no public API. The account signs in on onlyfans.com itself, in a browser window opened by the cclarity connector extension, through a residential proxy we assign to that account. The password, captcha and two-factor code are typed on OnlyFans and never pass through us; what we keep is the signed-in session, which we then use to read and send as you. Using a third-party tool this way is your choice, and you are responsible for staying within OnlyFans’ own terms.

Telegramis the model’s own account, signed in by scanning a code on her phone. We hold the session for that account and nothing else about her Telegram.

Everything sent from your accounts, including messages the AI wrote. Auto-chat drafts on your instructions and follows the persona, scripts and limits you set; every reply waits for your review until you switch sending on, and you remain the author of what goes out.

You are responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms and with the law where you and your fans are. Do not use this to impersonate a real person other than the account holder, to contact minors, or to mislead somebody about who or what they are talking to in ways the law where they live prohibits.

If you run an agency, the people you invite work under your responsibility. The product records when they are on shift and what they send, and shows it to you; it is on you to tell them so.

Plans are monthly. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Pro includes one free trial per account, ever. We also take a share of revenue the AI is directly attributable for — traced to messages it sent, never to sales you closed yourself. The rate is shown on the pricing section before you subscribe.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds follow their policy.

The product depends on the platforms it connects to and on model providers, and none of them is ours. Interruptions, rate limits, changed pages and API changes happen; an OnlyFans session can be ended by OnlyFans at any time, and reconnecting is one click on your side. We do not guarantee that the AI writes well, that it earns anything, or that any particular message is appropriate — which is why review mode is the default and every limit is yours to set.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. Disconnecting an account from Settings → Connections stops everything on it at once. You can delete your account and everything in it from Settings → Privacy. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why.
